Service Description
Program dates: July 18 – August 22 Cost: $50 per session / $300 total for the full 6-week program Maximum enrollment: 4 children A 6-week small-group piano program for children ages 6–9. This group introduces piano skills in a supportive, developmentally appropriate setting with visual supports, color cues, simple notation, rhythm activities, and guided practice. Children will work on early piano skills while also supporting attention, sequencing, fine motor coordination, listening, turn-taking, confidence, and group participation. No prior piano experience is required. This group meets Saturdays from 11:00–11:45 at our World Golf Village office. Payment is required to reserve a spot. Enrollment is not complete until payment is received.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to reserve a child’s spot in the 6-week group piano program. Because each piano group is limited to 4 children and each session builds on the previous week, spots cannot be held without payment and cannot be easily backfilled once the program begins. Cancellations made before July 11 are eligible for a refund, minus any nonrefundable payment processing fees. Beginning July 11, payments are nonrefundable unless we are able to fill the spot from the waitlist. Once the program begins on July 18, there are no cancellations, refunds, or credits for missed sessions. Families may choose to stop attending, but the program fee remains nonrefundable because the child’s spot has been reserved for the full 6-week cohort. If a group is full, interested families may be added to the waitlist. A waitlist spot is not a reserved enrollment. If a space opens, families will be contacted in order, and the spot will only be reserved once payment is received. Enrollment is not complete until payment is received and required intake forms are submitted.
