Soundwave was founded in 2022 when Karen set out to pursue her dream of building a private music therapy practice. What began as a small initiative to serve children with disabilities in Jacksonville has since grown into a thriving team supporting children and adults of all ages and abilities across Northeast and North Central Florida.
More than a practice, Soundwave is a community — a nurturing place where music therapists can collaborate, grow, and make a difference. Today, Soundwave stands among Florida’s largest and fastest-growing music therapy practices, committed to transforming lives through music.
