Service Description
For the Month of July. Listed Price is for the Entire Month. Cost: $20/Session billed by month. Maximum enrollment: 8 parent/child pairs. Babies & Beats is a weekly caregiver-child music group for babies and toddlers ages 0–2. This group uses music, rhythm, and shared play to support early communication, bonding, early social development, and connection. Each session is led by a board-certified music therapist and designed for children of all abilities. Caregivers participate with their child throughout the group. This group meets Thursdays from 9:00AM to 9:45AM at our World Golf Village office. Payment is required to reserve a spot. Enrollment is not complete until payment is received and required intake forms are submitted.

Cancellation Policy
Payment is required to reserve a family’s spot in the monthly group course. Each enrollment reserves one parent/child spot for one specific group day and time during the selected course month. Monthly group course pricing is based on the number of scheduled Saturdays in that month. The price is calculated as: $20 × number of scheduled Saturday sessions, minus $1. For example, a 3-Saturday month is $59, a 4-Saturday month is $79, and a 5-Saturday month is $99. Enrollment applies only to the selected monthly course, group day, and time. Families may not use one enrollment to attend multiple weekly group days or future months. Enrollment for future months must be completed separately when registration opens. Because group size is limited to 8 parent/child registrations, spots cannot be held without payment. Enrollment is not complete until payment is received. Cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before the first scheduled session of the monthly course to be eligible for a refund, minus any nonrefundable payment processing fees. Cancellations requested less than 7 days before the first session, or after the monthly course has started, are not eligible for a refund. Missed sessions are not refunded, credited, or carried over. Missing an individual session does not cancel enrollment or create a credit toward a future month. If Soundwave cancels a session, we will communicate directly with enrolled families about any makeup option or account adjustment. If a group is full, interested families may be added to the waitlist. A waitlist spot is not a reserved enrollment. If a space opens, families will be contacted in order, and the spot will only be reserved once payment is received.
